Los superagentes más famosos de la T.I.A. se embarcan en una misión de proporicones espaciales. Cuando los alienígenas aterrizan en España, concretamente en Borricón de Arriba, todo el mundo se prepara para recivirlos, incluida la agencia de Técnicos de Investigación Aeroterraquea. Pero sabiamente deciden dejar fuera a Mortadelo y Filemón y mandar a otros agentes a dar la bienvenida a los visitantes. Aunque nuestros dos agentes no quieren perderse la fiesta, y sustituyendo a los agentes que el Super ha mandado reciben al líder marciano, originando con su actitud ante los extraterrestres que estos decidan destruir la Tierra.
